Kokedama
Kokedama is a popular Japenese gardening technique where a plant is removed from its container, placed into a mud skin and then wrapped in moss, creating a “moss ball”. The “moss ball” or kokedama is then secured using string, producing a bonsai variant “string” garden. Like bonsai tree cultivation, a kokedama can be any one of a wide variety of plants closely trimmed for an unmistakeable look of natural harmony. Kodedama lend a unique beauty to any home or garden and can provide the perfect accent to the area surrounding ponds and water features.
Inspired by this Japanese art, Golden Pond Water Plants has adopted its own version of kokedama, using both houseplant and aquatic plant arrangements. Let the experts at Golden Pond Water Plants assist you with crafting and caring for kokedama to complete the look of your outdoor spaces.
